ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours.

During promotional events or sales periods, processing times may take 3–5 business days due to high order volume.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated Delivery Times:

United States: 5–10 business days

International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer. In some cases, delivery can take up to 30 days.

SHIPPING DELAYS & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

There may be circumstances beyond our control that cause shipping delays, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Holidays

Natural disasters

Carrier disruptions

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Gifts with Milly does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

DISCLAIMER & TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer.

We ensure all packages are shipped in proper condition. However, Gifts with Milly is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages

Delivery delays

Carrier mishandling

Incorrect deliveries

Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information

Any shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking can also be accessed through the Track Your Order page on our website.

Please note: Items may ship separately if fulfilled from different warehouses.

TRACKING SHOWS “DELIVERED” BUT PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check around your residence and with neighbors

Ask household members, roommates, or property management

Look for a delivery notice from the carrier

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered when the delivery location matches the provided shipping address.

Gifts with Milly is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

U.S. CUSTOMERS (USPS)

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS and may occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
Please allow one additional business day.

If still missing:

Contact your local USPS post office (not the hotline)

Ask for delivery confirmation details

File a claim with USPS if necessary

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • Check for notices from your local postal service
  • Contact your local post office and customs office
  • File a claim with the carrier if required

We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace or refund packages marked as delivered.

HIGH-RISK ORDER VERIFICATION

To protect against fraud, certain orders may be flagged as high-risk.

Verification Process:

  • We may contact you via email or SMS to verify order details
  • Additional information may be required

Shipping Delay:

  • High-risk orders will not ship until verification is completed
  • Failure to respond to verification requests may result in order cancellation.

Chargebacks:

Chargebacks or disputes filed while verification is pending will be contested.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@giftswithmilly.com with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us immediately at
 info@giftswithmilly.com

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly and generally do not accept cancellations.

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to accommodate it.
A $5 cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. Customers may request a return after delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International customers may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Tariffs or restrictions
  • These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Gifts with Milly is not responsible for:
  • Customs delays
  • Seizures
  • Additional charges imposed by local authorities
  • Chargebacks related to customs or import fees will be rejected.

COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE

Global shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19–related disruptions.

Transit delays are outside our control, and refunds or cancellations will not be issued due to shipping delays alone.
